Holly Tornabuono - Realtor ®

With a genuine passion for people and a talent for balancing busy schedules, Holly Tornabuono brings energy, organization, and heart to her work as a full-time REALTOR®. A wife and mom of three active daughters, Holly understands the importance of finding a home that truly supports family life — from school zones and schedules to space for growing and changing needs. Holly enjoys working with all buyers and sellers, but has a particular interest in new build construction. Her appreciation for the building process, paired with a keen eye for detail, allows her to confidently guide clients through every stage — from selecting finishes to understanding timelines and long-term value. In addition to helping families find their next home, Holly has experience as an investment property owner and enjoys working with investor buyers. She takes a practical, informed approach to helping clients identify opportunities, evaluate returns, and make smart real estate decisions that align with their goals. Known for her approachable style and strong communication, Holly builds lasting relationships through trust, transparency, and thoughtful guidance. Outside of real estate, she can often be found cheering from the sidelines at swimming meets, hockey games, and cheer competitions — fully immersed in the community she loves to serve.

Tara Fujimura - Realtor ®

Rooted in family, community, and hard work, Tara brings a grounded, approachable energy to everything she does. A wife, mom of four, farmer, and full-time REALTOR®, she understands firsthand that buying or selling a home is about far more than a transaction — it’s about building a life. With a deep love for all aspects of real estate, Tara has a particular passion for agricultural and rural properties. Tara’s path has also shaped her heart for advocacy. After adopting her son when he was age of 15, she became a quiet but passionate supporter of adoption and is always happy to connect with others who share an interest in both real estate and adoption — conversations she welcomes with openness and care. Known for her warm, down-to-earth approach and steady guidance, Tara prides herself on building genuine relationships and making the buying and selling process feel clear, supported, and even enjoyable. When she’s not helping clients achieve their real estate goals, you’ll find her spending time with her family, tending to farm life, and staying deeply connected to the community she’s proud to call home.

With a calm presence and a heart for service, Ashley McGill is the steady backbone behind the H + T Real Estate Team. As the team administrator, Ashley brings over a decade of experience supporting real estate professionals, ensuring every detail is handled with care, precision, and efficiency. Highly organized and naturally warm, Ashley is often the first point of contact for clients and plays a key role in keeping transactions running smoothly from start to finish. Her ability to anticipate needs, manage timelines, and provide thoughtful support allows both clients and agents to feel confident and well cared for throughout the process. Outside of the office, Ashley is a proud wife and devoted aunt who treasures time spent with family. She is actively involved in her church and values the sense of community and connection it provides — the same values she brings into her work each day. Known for her helpful nature, kind demeanor, and exceptional attention to detail, Ashley is an essential part of the team and a trusted support for everyone she works with.
